I have a slight problem with a graphics card I bought recently. It is a ASUS GTX 550 Ti, I installed it into my desktop fine and plugged in my HDMI cable to it and turned my computer on.
I can see the picture when it comes on fine but when I try to install the graphics card driver, it says it couldn't detect the hardware. I read that it might be my OS so I tried it on windows 7 and 10 still won't install. It also will not show up under Device Manager.
So if anyone has any idea on how I can fix this problem please let me know. I will list my computer information below.
Compaq CQ5302F Desktop
Mobo: IPMEL-AE EVANS PEGATRON
4gb's of RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16ghz
500 watt PSU.
I believe that Is all the information needed to fix my problem, if you need more information let me know.
