I hope all cards are working, meaning they can display a picture on the monitor.
Ok 1st thing first, we will be doing the cards individually, so lets start with Card #1.
Take a picture of all white stickers on the back of the card, sometimes they are on the heatsink and post them here.
Get GPU-Z and get a screen shot of the main Page.

Ok sorry for the delay, I will find you both the Quiet bios and the Performance bios.
Quiet bios is 1340, Performance is 1411. You will need to pay attention to the bios switch position.

AMD AMDVBFlash is used to flash the graphics card BIOS. The version released by ATI was called ATIFlash or just WinFlash. It supports all AMD Radeo
Ok Here is the 2 bios you need, flash 1 position at a time.
Flip your bios switch to the left position and flash this Quiet 1340 bios
After restarting and your monitor powers up, flip the bios switch to the right position and then flash this 1411 bios.

Headaches result from too short of ram times, too low voltage and too high clock speeds, and heat

You can always try it in afterburner and see but typically the higher the speed you go the slower the timings have to be

Quick update. Been running my nitro+ 580s on the above nitro+ special bios with fantastic results. Big thanks to eidairaman1 for the help. Going to figure out if flashing my Vega 56 pulse is worth doing now
