Help with buying new ram stick

so i got this ram

Im sure this one is the same as mine but i dont want to buy it from that site since a lot of stuff i bought on this site are mostly broken

it looks the same but the name is kind of different
on my ram stick it says that it is a F4-3000C16D-16GISB so its kinda different

this may be a question not worth answering but i dont want to do a mistake since my pc has problems.
please help

First of all, go with G.Skill's warranty. Second, the difference between C16D and C16S is that the first is a dual module kit and the other a single module.

i cant i dont have this paper they needed to send me a paper so i cant return it

Either rma should be fine g-skill you'd have to see where their rma address is for your region
Hound the retailer you bought from EU protections are supposed to be pretty good for the consumer.
