Since i run an old i5 750, my RAM is downclocked to 1333mhz, and i like to get it to 1600 mhz stock for my Hyper X Black Fury.
Now ive tried in the past, but every time i raise the bus and lower the multiplier of the CPU so the CPU can run at stock 2.6, it always comes to instability issue.
I also tried to raise the voltage to 1.5 or 1.6 since that is stock for the RAM, and it still causes instability issue.
It has a problem booting, but when it boots, it works fine and it has no problem running games, rendering, stress test and such, only on boot.
And trying to boot it, it won't beep 3 times, amd after the 3rd boot, it says OC has failed, so i have to try to load it again to work.

Need advice

Simply use it with 1333 and be done with it. I don't see any sense in that experiment. Rather you should leave the RAM and just overclock the CPU as far as it goes.

as @Kanan pointed out, OC the cpu not the ram. You will not notice any gains(if any) by OC'in ram to 1600 from 1333.

1.65v is safe for that CPU and ram, manually set the timings it should be at for 1600mhz and set it to 1600.

There could be several issues. Maybe your RAM is not using correct latencies at 1600 MHz. Your motherboard does not natively support 1600 MHz RAM, only 1066 and 1333 MHz, meaning that you'll have to adjust a few things such as latencies, voltage and possibly (this is just an assumption) raise CPU voltage anywhere by 0.025-0.05V.
Either way, you will not notice any imporvement nor greater speeds with 1600 MHz vs 1333 MHz RAM.

CPU upgrade to i7 880 or i7 875K will improve your performance for sure.
