Help with SFX PSU

I'm looking for a good/decent SFX PSU for a budget up to $60...
It needs to come with an ATX adapter that mounts it on the top.be at least 400w have 1x6pin PCI-E and a 8pin CPU and a 24pin main power
Preferably I'm looking for a 450w with 2x PCI-E 1x6pin + 1x8pin and an 8pin CPU and 24pin main power

Literally don't need any other connections.

I'm looking to go a cheap as possible but still good...

I really like this Silverstone unit but I don't trust it...
I had a version 1.0 and it just didn't cut it in almost any way... So I'm hoping you guys might know of a good unit...FSP, Corsair etc...

Well to be honest I would spend a little more and get Corsair SF450, I've owned several they are very good units with excellent warranty. As for Silverstone, I have used a V1.0 300W unit that is still going strong, not sure on that 450W one though.

Yeah..I had the 300w (its in my nephews PC) no problems yet 3 and going strong.
