Hercules 4000xt fan ain't working..

    My brother has a Hercules 4000xt installed in his PC, it works perfectly however the fan doesn't >.>. Any idea what could be the problem?

    His PC specs:

    -Pentium 3 (761MHz)
    -752MB of RAM

    the fact thats its a GeForce 2 card and it aint getting hot could be one, or the fan is dead.

    use something like PCWizard 2006 to find the temp of the GPU

    Hmm.. any other programs that I could use that would do the same? Preferably free... :)
