I could be wrong, but I don't think GPU-Z reads the process size from the GPU. It uses a database to get that information.

Download GPU-z and try it.

GPU-Z should list it out for you. Reports my GTX 690 and GTX 650 Ti BOOST as 28nm correctly.

Some things can be read from a driver, but items like release date, nm, die size etc come from a database

but only nm i cant get.and I can't find it via google

Process size can't be read via software, GPU-Z uses a list of GPUs + their nm size. Same for die size and transistor count
