Your case desn't seem to have proper ventilation. If possible, add 120mm fans in front and back, or a pair of 80mm. It will cost peanuts and will help your temps to go down. I'm locky I had 3 PSUs that were quite scrap, I used the 80mm fanbs from those. :D I even have a 70mm fan blowing hot air out at the level of my graphics card. Took that one from my old HSF of the Athlon 64.

I have a AC-12 120 mm in the rear and a Vantech Stealth 120mm in the front also my power supply has dual 80mm fans in the back. I also Have An Antec vga slot cooler and my case is solid Aluminun. When not playing a game like Oblivion or casual web surfing temps are at 77 degrees F to 86 degrees F. My cpu idles at 27 degrees C and at max load is around 40 degrees C, my moather board temp reads at about 28c during idle. The case temps spike due to my x1800xt oced to 710/840 thats when I get the 103 temp readings. Was thinking about water cooling my card with a Thermaltake vga water cooler like the toxic has on it. It has A Zalman vf900 on it now.
