Hey all,
I'm really new to the whole audiophile market of sorts but I do know that my sound system needs an upgrade! I current ly am running a Pioneer XV HTD1 with origional amp and speakers in 2.1 but im getting no bass (well at least not much). I was thinkinhg of gettign a new sub or just a whole new box entirely but i realised the amp wouldn't power it. Can i bring new life to my old system by buying a champtionship 10' sub (Pioneer fanboy over here) and sticking it in the old box whith a new amp? Any help is appreciated :)
I'm looking for tighter and punchier bass rather than being loud as i assume that will come with the sub anyways :D
