I am wondering if highest-end server cpu such as the highest of opteron line and the highest of xeon or whatever intel's newest server cpu called.... using server cpu have any rumor of issues on regular normal home use? like gaming, surfing, music ect....

highest-end server cpu is superior to highest-end home cu right?

The only difference between server and home CPUs is that servers ones are higher quality, as in they're more stable and therefore overclock higher. At least that's with Opterons, not sure about Xeons. As long as they're the same socket and your mobo is compatible then you wn't have any issues.
