I have like a year i dont create any games, since i was involved in other things.
This one now has:
Mouse movement and shooting
Autoshooter
Better collision
Different angle
Enemies have their own life
Background
Pause with P
and a great message to stop smokin'

This is just like the other game only:

1./ Sideways scroller rather than drop scroller
2./ Background bitmap
3./ Swapped sprites

!!!! Alex !!!! SORRY !!!! But if this is the best you can do in Allegro, then perhaps Allegro is rubbish!

Actually, it is my fault for making a nearly same game.
The next game, wont be a space shooter, for sure!
But since this is going to the book i am planning, i didnt want to
make it very difficult. (and still it is 600 lines of code!)
Also, i kept in mind what i said in the year old thread i opened and what people wanted for that game.

The game is made in C++ using Allegro game library (framework)

btw, i got no intention on learning anything else except C++

I'm trying to switch my major to Computer Science after taking an intro to C++ class cause I loved it but I've been messing around on my own.

Managed to make a one-time pad would encrypt and decrypt which I was really proud of

I reuploaded again with the missing file.
It has nothing to do with the game though.
It is a windows file.
Also, i would like to hear if anyone can play it in any other OS
