Hey, I would like to know what would be the best way to set-up a server, that would allow me install a piece of software on it and then have the other machines opening the program by accessing the server?

    Using Windows Server 2003

You'd have issues with registry settings and the likes. Plus it's not recommended for performance. Most programs don't support this kind of use normally.
