Won't the "CoolBits.reg" file do this for him?
(iirc, it allows you to "open up the easter egg" ALREADY PRESENT in NVidia's native tools that allow for memory speed & coreclock speeds adjustments)

no the coolbits is a overclocking utility, hes wanting to know how to mod the mem timings, which is done threw the bios, but if u only want to overclock the ram then yes coolbits works
i used NiBitor to raise the gpu voltage on my old 7800gt
just modded the bios and flashed it

(Does/can it help? If so, where can I get info. on this, specifically for the NVidia GeForce 7900GTX line, & if possible, for the BFG GeForce 7900 GTX OC model?)

(I know, specifics for that (by vendor etc.) are probably TOUGH to get ahold of, & I may not even try it, but, cannot hurt to see HOW/WHY/WHEN/WHERE etc. it was done & what the result of it was for those that HAVE tried it!)
