Aio is a MASTERLIQUID LITE 240 with Noctua NF-F12 pwm fans

Currently im running it at 4.0ghz on all cores my cpu + mb is running at something like 75 c in prime 95 small fft on a not hot day at 1.275volt

System Name My PC
Processor AMD 2700 x @ 4.1Ghz
Motherboard Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming
Cooling Zalman CNPS20X
Memory Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB DDR4
Video Card(s) Sapphire Radeon RX 570 PULSE
Storage Adata Ultimate SU800
Case Phanteks Eclipse P500A
Audio Device(s) Logitech G51
Power Supply Seasonic Focus GX, 80+ Gold, 550W
Keyboard Roccat Vulcan 121
180W power consumtiopn on a 180A - imo 75C is actually too good even if the voltage is tame.

Never seen my 2700x reach more than 140W in full load even if i manually O/C to 4.1. My cooling is on air and not top notch.

I actually downsized from a freeze II 360 to my older MASTERLIQUID LITE 240 since i didn't thought it was worth it, bought the noctua fan (i think the Arctic P12 i used on my cooler master aio is very very good and i think it's very hard to find something better, the noctua NF-A12X25 i think is to expensive).

At 4.0ghz on all cores im fine with the temps, it's just 4.1 ghz and above on all cores it get's a little toasty, i do want alle stress test to pass at a temp under 85c, even aida 64 cpu + fpu (worst case senario).

I use Noctua NT-H2
