how do i make a bootable windows xp cd

Hi i am wondering how to make a burnt windows xp home cd bootable so i can reinstall windows on my computer.

legitametly, go buy it and use nero or similar cd burning software.
illegally, download an ISO image of an original windows xp cd and burn.

If you buy the real version, it comes with a cd....

but... I use magicISO to burn, it takes an iso and makes it a dvd
