I need help doing a small edit with this picture

I want to get rid of the crosshairs and compass at the top. Ive never used photoshop before too.

Best way is to go into options, turn the HUD all the way down and take the picture again.

blur and smudge tool ftw. It's the little finger and.. the sponge? i think..

Drag from the surrounding onto what u want gone and with some work it'll disappear
