How does Ampere performance scale on resolution

If a RTX 3090 does 8K = 7680x4320 at 60fps - would It then do 7680x1440 at 180fps?

Probably - there is 1/3 of the area of 8K with the 7680x1440 resolution.

Well found out that the 6900XT will do 7680x1440 in Division 2 with high settings at 60fps so should perhaps have taken the chance with the 3090.
