http://tinyurl.com/PSU-Requirements. This is just what is required for your particular system. Always go a little higher in wattage but quality is as important. There are many good suggestions here on this page like a 800W Corsair. It will provide the needed amps per rail for about anything you throw at it and has the added benefit that in the case you want to upgrade it will still suffice. A high wattage low quality PSU has the potential to fry your entire system if if fails and most likely will. Don't know much on the build aspect as these others do, but all are correct, don't skimp on a PSU. Good luck and best regard...gwb56
