When I upgrade the motherboard... about twice a year, LOL!

Seriously - if I take out any components that are dirty, I will do a cleaning. When I am doing a major upgrade (like I am now), I take everything out and clean thoroughly - which includes removing the radiator, blowing out dust from that and all nooks, crannies, fan edges, etc.

I dont, unless there is any dust stuck on the outside of the case (like near the fans).
Thats all you really need to do since that blocks in flow of cool air.

My pc is in the 'smoking' room. When I set my overclock, I have to clean it weekly (get a 1-2C rise in temp from the dust)

Its kinda funny watching my $2,000 pile of electronics suck in a big cloud of smoke :p
