Hi,
I'd like to know, since CPU clock reported by sensors tools (like task manager or HWINFO) are not good indication of what CPU is really doing : what to check to see if the CPU is really doing what ever he can to handle the tasks it's asked to do ?
If I see 4Ghz during low load, and the same at load but with more power drawed, how can i know the real frequency it's at ?
Thank you all for your input. I am going crazy with my current laptop which not seemed to reach what it should.
