How to connect Speakers and headphones to same Sound card at the same time ?

i have Logitech x-540 and Koss Sb-40 headphones . How do i connect them to my x-f iat teh same time . right now i have to take the speakers off when i want to use mic on my headphones .

but i have 5 3.5mm jack in all to take care of . 2 from headphones , 3 from 5.1 speakers .

the two 3.5mm jacks in the headphones are one for the headphones and the other for the mic.

the headphones are connected into the front speakers port, so I guess you only need one spliter as dark2099 posted.
as I looked here the mic is not shared with any speaker

Yeah that's what I've been wondering too. Why would you need to take out the speakers when inserting the mic? The mic goes in an input channel the speakers in an output channel. :wtf:
