How to connect this to 4 pin molex

Hi Guys,

Please guide me on this, I recently bought one croner led rod, but is has different connector just like female laptop power connector, see pics,
and suggest me how to connect it to 4 pin molex?

however it has one text asking to ciut in order to connect to molex.

yellow is 12v positive and black next to it is negative on the molex



looks as tho your lead, the one with the white stripe is 12v positive.

white stripe to yellow pin. black to black

someone else may confirm this.

I've done a similar thing with server fans (their wires are all silly blue and green colours).
Easy way to test, touch one half of the wire to a + 9V battery and the other half of the wire to the - on the battery. Whichever way causes it to light up is the way you wire it. I soldered mine to a correct male end I cut off another component, so try to find a Molex Male end and solder it to the component, then there's no mucking around in future.

Yellow + Black next to Yellow = +12v circuit

The connector you posted a pic of is likely to be +12v on the center rod and ground around the outside. It kind of looks like a standard RCA plug. You might be able to salvage one from AV cable/equipment, solder it to a molex cable, and make yourself a quick connector.
