Im going to show you how to over clock ur nvdia graphics card & gain extra perfomanceby flashing the vga bios
you will need a 1. usb drive becouse now meny computers dont have floppy drives on them
2, download these softwares
1] ati tool- for overclocking vga
2] riva tuner-for find the shader clock
3] hp usb disk storage tool & win98 fies - create a ms dos startup disk by a usb drive
4] nibitor - for back up & edit the bios
5] nvflash - flash the modified bios to your vga card
first of all run nibitor & keep a clean copy of your vga bios
install ati tool
raise the clock speeds of the GPU and the memory by 5%. If you see pixel errors,
reduce the clock speed again immediately. Should your card react badly at this level, you may as well
forget about overclocking it altogether, since the performance boost at five percent
is much too low to risk a graphics chip.
try raising the frequencies to 10% over the default speeds. Again, if you see any errors or artifacts,
reduce clock speeds immediately
Anything above 10% over default speeds is a luck
If all goes well and you don't see any pixel errors or artifacts, run a 3D game or a benchmark.
& find the most stable freequncy of core clock ,memory clock,
Setting the frequency too high can result in visual artifacts, can cause Windows to freeze,
or may overheat the graphics chip or the memory.
after find the optimum clock rates run riva tuner & find the shader clock for the certan core clock
run some stability tests & games for 3-4 hours if every thing ok no paches on display, no blue screen
ur good to go
2] now run nibitor
Don't worry about accidentally changing something, though. Nibitor cant write in to bios
Select the graphics card and confirm by clicking OK.
then read the card in to nibitor
Nibitor now displays the graphics card's various frequencies.keep a back up & Confirm a successful save by clicking OK.
change the core ,shader & memory clocks
change the fan settings to allways high.
Next, save the new settings to your hard drive using the Nibitor utility
For now, they have no effect on the card, though, as all changes have to be saved to a ROM file
name of the ROM file should not exceed eight characters,After you have created your ROM file, you can exit Nibitor
the flashing which takes place under DOS

Do not power down your system! Wait for the message 'Update successful'.
If you see the messages "Verifying update" and "Update successful",
everything has gone smoothly and the graphics card BIOS has been updated with your new settings. Eject your boot medium,
switch back to your old boot sequence in the BIOS and restart your OS.
The card should now run at the new clock speeds keep overclocked components cooled
