You said in the tutorial not to flash with windows, what exactly does that mean? Can anyone find a good tutorial on flashing. There doesn't seem to be many out there? Do you flash in DOS on a windows computer or Mac?

Use this verison of ATI Flash: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-winflash/

Run cmd.exe with administrator privileges (right click).

First step is to dump the BIOS from Windows. Then hex edit from Mac OS, and last flash. Watch the video, you're doing it wrong.
