How to get Motion blur (like crysis) in CS 1.6

As the title says, does anyone know how to code an old game like CS 1.6 to have motion blur when turning around? I just want it for the cinematic effect.

You would have to add it to a recorded video with a program like... well I dont know. But you cant do it in-game.

Coding? Drivers? I could do it before with the smartshader function in CCC but they removed it....

I want something like this.... it looks like crysis when added with motion blur... it looks 1000% more realistic as well.

you need some pro coder who injects a dll into your application, puts a hook on the direct3d functions and adds some motion blur shader before the final picture is displayed.
