You can get the chrome mirror your self but it takes alot of time and patience. It's pretty much the same manner of painting with spray cans by spraying left to right, right to left as you work down the panel or piece your working on, your going to want to put several layers on, and follow drying directions. First I'd start with roughing up the case and laying a couple to 3 layers of primer on. Then sand the primer down with some 800 grit paper and make sure you were some latex gloves so your not spreading your oils all over. Now start laying the chrome paint on in layers, I'd say 3-5 layers. Once your done with that sand smooth with some 1500-2000 grit. Once I'm finished with this I like to use polishing wax which really brings out the shine.

When it comes to flames I've used model air brushes for a kinda fog approach to really make the colors blend but then I've used vinyl auto body tape to do designs like in your 4th pic. Just make sure you cover up what you do not want painted(old news papers are cheap and great for this).

you should go to a auto body shop and get the detailers tape, its blue and is about 1/8 inch thick, that is what you outline to create flames, then use regular masking tape to fill out the areas you dont want overspray.

get spray paint fromt he body shop, it cost's more, but its higher quality, or grab some from a store, but make sure it has the new style top that the spray tip can be turned to change spray pattern, the turning doesnt matter but the new tip atomizes well, and produces much nicer reults. it is then up to you to build paint spray technique.

tip:
hold can 8-12 inch form surface.
prevent run(spray faster, or further away)
prevent orange peel(spray closer or slower)
do not arch.
control speed.
spray right-left/left-right/top-bottom etc.
prevent zebra stripes by controling overlap, which is inches of spray that overlaps from last row sprayed.
base/clear, or mix, 2-3 coats, watch out for poor surface quality, like dry spray, or orange peel as this can multiply visuals on multiple spray layers, it gets worse more layers)
enamel can be done in 1 coat if your good(looks good, not as strong)
source: autobody for several years
