check amount of page file aka virtual memory.
r click on my computer-> properties-> advanced tab->settings button under performace field-> advanced tab-> change button at the bottom
pick custom size and then in max size field add 3072. in the inital size field add 0, 256, 512 or 1024. i would pick 0.
apply till you get reboot message. reboot and report results.
if this doesnt help you will heve to describe problem in more details.
start with type of the pc (desktop, laptob, netbook), hdd capasity but best will be if you add your system spec in your profile. if possble give a screen shot of the error msg.
