So I used conformal coating to during the process of applying liquid metal for my laptop. Unknowningly I had a pretty bad spill on my blazer and it was there for about 2 weeks.
Is there any way to remove it now? I was thinking may be nail polish remove but what kind? I tried a couple 70% alcohol swaps but didn't make a dent.

yikes, to the best of my knowledge you need strippers like acetone to get off conformal coating. Not sure if thats safe for clothes though, it might bleach it.

Or melt it if the fabric has any polyester in it. I'm not sure if acetone dissolves polyester.

Here's a glimmer of hope:

"If all you are doing is replacing a component or working on an isolated area, it is common to simply burn through the coating with a soldering iron. In cases when this is aesthetically unacceptable, contamination is a concern, or components are densely spaced, there are coating removers available in pen packaging "

I would have the blazer dry cleaned but no promises that will do it.

If the CC is urethane, it's permanent.

If it's acrylic, Acetone (fingernail polish remover) will remove it, or gasoline. (Flux Off is Hexane, which is gasoline.)

Don't wear polyester clothes around computers or electronics, especially if you have them apart; it's a static generator.

Wear Cotton, and acetone shouldn't damage the dye.

Heathcare note: If you solder a lot, remove your shirt before a health related X-ray; the tiny solderblobs in your shirt will scare your Doctor to death when he sees them on the Xray.
:)
