It's often the case that SSD or HD keep operating hours in the SMART table. This is very interesting info to know or ask when buying or selling graphic cards.

Does such thing exist for the graphic cards ? Anyone seen any utils that show this ?

Operating hours is not relevant to GPUs they are not cars, tanks or airplanes that require maintenance at certain intervals of time.
No and no. Because there's nothing on a graphics card that's capable of knowing or recording that information.
And if it were, someone would figure out how to dial back that number, just like miles/km. on cars :)

Graphics cards don't support this, but it would probably be a good idea if they did, even if they was a risk of someone "clocking" them when it comes time to sell.

S.M.A.R.T. for hard drives and solid state drives I think are the only things that have hour counters.

Would love to have that for my employees PCs ... see hours for Xmas shopping, watching youtube, watching porn, playing games.

We have a top ten list at my work every month.

As far as GPU hours, not really needed but would be nice

Good explanation !
To be honest none is really needed. Uptime is just that, uptime. The computer I'm at now has 10:23:59:12 as of right now.

As for your other request, a quick google brings up Rescuetime, which has a free plan. Could be worth looking into?
