The wake on lan is for your on-board lan...
If you are using a PCI card.

Wake Up by PCI
This item allows you control the wakeup by PCI function.
Options: Disabled (Default) / Enabled

Page 12 and 13 of the bios manual.

hmm i got everything but theres one problem, there is no way to do this through wireless network right? thats actually what i was trying to do. my computer has a wireless network pci card, and when i look at the driver options, the box for "allow this to wake up computer" is greyed out so i cannot do it with this adapter i guess :(
or is there a way to that i missed?

oh another question, is there a way to wake up the computer that is in "sleep" mode remotely?

I believe you will still need a Adapter card, bios on motherboard (most do), and driver that has these abilities.

What are "Wake on LAN" capabilities?
Power Management for Network Devices in Windows 7
Wake up your computers remotely
Online Wake-On-LAN
Wake On LAN @ winhlp.com
How To Configure Computer To Automatically Wake Up For Remote Desktop Access In Windows 7/Vista/XP

I know... it is a lot of reading.
Other, that that you could train your [cat/dog/hamster/insert other pet here] to do your bidding when you call home or where ever you need.
Another option would be, place your mouse on a phone (set to vibrate) and when it starts moving around... your pc will wake up; then you could remote desktop to it.:D

I think you are going to have to invest in an adapter that supports it, I looked around and the one you have has no mention of the capability.

Sorry, can't be of more help, may be one of the networking type of gurus 'round here will have more ideas.:ohwell:
