How to update bios - XFX MB-X58i-CH19 ?

Update bios only if you have problems out of old one..otherwise don't go for any update..

Just got a new used motherboard home, but somehow i cant find the place where i can update the bios, i've also tried with afudos and afuwin, but with no luck at all.
In all honesty I'm not sure you can. I say that because after doing a lot of searching I could find nothing. Really though if you aren't having any problems right now you don't need to update the BIOS.
