So they are going to move more offshore, cut their losses by selling out and screwing their debtors, and lay off the working force while maintaining upper management pay and bonuses?

Somewhere along the lines of trying to provide overpriced, and underperforming hardware they failed to realize their screwing of customers was going to cause the collapse of their business, but they remain hopeful they will return to the brighter days of yesteryear.

I guess upper level management doesn't think of themselves as the problem as they all rake in 99% of the profits for themselves in bonuses

Their execs don't have a clue about tech or the market, apparently. They blew over a billion on webOS...really? Everyone knew it was dead. They didn't need it for any devices. They had no plan to compete in the tablet market (nor a product to justify 450+ bucks). Wasted billions on itanium with intel. Lost billions with their useless CEOs.

I wonder why they don't have any money.

If HP is far from over priced. They usually have good deals on their laptops so I am pretty happy with them.
