Any laser printer will have excellent quality for text or line drawings (everything that is black and white). once you start printing greyscale it will have to use little dots to simulate the color, which is where dpi matters.

I have been using a 300 dpi LaserJet 4L for like 15 years for text printing only and it's still going strong, cheap cartridges, built like a tank (using it with an ethernet to parallel port adapter).

For color printing I recently got a Dell 1320c on eBay for very cheap, and I can highly recommend it.

Thank you very much .
I couldnt find any of those models you mentioned. If you were me , which one of those models do you buy ?
and what is a duty cycle for a printer? when Samsung for example says its printer features a 10000 pages duty cycle, does it mean that the device only is guaranteed to print 10000 pages in its life time ? or it means that its cartridge can handle 10000 pages printing ?
When i am going to buy a printer of any kind what specs should i pay careful attention to?

Duty cycle note
Duty cycle is defined as the maximum number of pages per month of imaged output.

some useless phantasy number basically. your toner will last x pages, the drum will last x pages. the rest of the printer should be fine for many years.

i see no significant difference between both printers you mentioned. check cartridge costs and maybe look for some user reviews on sites like amazon/newegg. assume that negative feedback could also be user error, but generally it's a good indicator of problems to expect
