Nope, the Z22i (which is in fact 21.5") and the Z23i are 1920x1080 and the Z24i is 1920x1200. Further difference includes higher brightness for the Z24i of 300 cd/m2 compared to 250 cd/m2.
Curious what HP means with IPS Gen 2, probably just AH-IPS.
