    if you are ok with a basic dual core setup (for basic HTPC), I can build one and send you one for $170 + shipping (without OS) (Complete with HDD, Brand new Samsung DVDRW, Brand new Case etc)

    Or I can just send parts if you want to go cheaper without the case.

    I have already purchased a mobo,ram,psu and cpu. Just need an Hd,case and perhaps a gpu

    Is he doing hd video? If he is, I would suggest 3850 256mb or 8800gs/9600gso.
