So I am running into a problem where I cant seem to get my monitor running as it should. A better explanation would be I am running into a problem where I am unable to get steady frames rates using the monitor, even on windows alone everything is laggy. Monitor is the Dell D2417DG. Bought it from a local seller and its a great monitor. I am also using a Benq XL2411Z which is my old 144hz monitor using a DVI cable, still works well. I put them both at 144hz and load into a game and my game is complete and utter trash....low fps, using my mouse in dayz(example) causes the game to dip into the 20s-15 fps. I've reinstalled drivers constantly and gotten the new drivers (which has been driving me insane) but the old seems to have worked just fine. I have a Reference 2060 and have been using 2 monitors ever since. Since that time there was a power outage where I am but everything was fine and booted up as normal except lag...EVERYWHERE. I've read that it could be caused by low-quality displayport cable, which I already ordered (will find out Monday). I am going a little insane and would love to get the previous driver to install but nvidia thinks it's great to never include older drivers on their website. Either way, I am out of ideas and would love to hear what others have run into or if anyone can help solve this issue. Found the Driver! Gonna test it now, please continue to help
SPECS: Ryzen 1700X @ 3.8

Now I personally feel that the card is able to throw out the power needed for this monitor, I even tried it with one monitor same damn thing. Using DDU I did clean installs, always. Help...please and thank you
