I need to buy a new motherboard to dump my 4 Core Dual and I need to know if all crossfire compatible chipsets will be compatible with Hybrid Crossfire

I'm thinking of Using my HD3850 with a HD2900GT or a HD2600XT

hybrid crossfire is disabled when anything higher than a hd3650 is installed you may be able to use crossfire with two diff cards idk. hybrid crossfire is using an onboard ati hd 3200 or ati hd 3300 vga with a single 3450, 3470, or 3650 card.
i had problems with that on my card hybrid worx fine with the 3 but the 3850 disabled it.

Why would you want to run hybrid with crappy cards? A 3870 is still pretty good, but anything below that is a bit.... well crap.
