Post all of your system specs so we can help you better.

Why do you wan't to disable Hyper Threading?

Read your motherboard manual.

Get familiar with the bios interface or uefi interface.

If you don't have the manual it can be downloaded from the board makers website.

It's a Intel Core i5 3330, 8GB RAM , GTX 960 4GB from MSI and the motherboard Gigabyte h61m-s1. I want to disable Hyper Threading because I want more fps in my CS:GO. I saw people making this and getting FPS +

The i5 3330 doesn't have hyperthreading.

And the end Result is no Hyperthreading on your CPU
Therefore you cannot Disable "hyperthreading to improve your FPS

To improve your FPS your going to need to

Overclock your CPU
overclock your Graphics Card
or
Spend money on new Improved hardware
So to improve your FPS please make choice from above list
People are hear to help you if you let them
