Well Some how I do not thing so . Every one though that the ultra chiltech I had sucked too back then ( it was also on my Q6600 BTW never lasted long after that ) once I got it I was Wowed out of my head . But still I think I will wait . I may also be able to get a heater core from a car NEW and hook it in I think that would be really cool for free and better cooling as well .?

I can tell your not a teen...With me i like to have sex for hours and still want more. If the more i spent the longer i had to have sex then i would build another i7 with a 5970 and fully watercool it (chipset,CPU,GPU,RAM,HDD every possible thing that you can water cool)

sometimes the text speaks to you ;) if you keep it on the DL till the bill gets there then you can have time to rest up :p

btw if you get a heater core be warned they are highly restrictive compared to most normal rads that you would buy

Meh, I just bought a $1000 cpu without asking. They get over it, you just have to get some Viagra to make up for it. lol.

Besides, all you have to say is the old one is inadequate, and you REALLLY needed it.

1) Can we expect to see some narly 775 hardware up for sale soon? :p
2) What other components are going to be matched with the Gulftown?

Have an X58-UD5 and a Koolance CPU-360 block so far. Still need ram. Gonna try for the Mushkin 3x2GB 1600Mhz CAS6 kit, if I can't swing that, then the 1.5v G.Skill cas7 1600 kit.

For video card, it's still gonna be my 4870x2 for now, until I can decide which new one I want. I'm really torn on the new 480's. I love the features and performance, but hate the power consumption. (Although my current card actually pulls more anyway, but the lower power of the 5k series is tempting.)

The 775 rig stays, and becomes the 24/7 machine and media/file server.

What do you mean? You find a place to mount it, and add it in like you would a block or anything else like that. You need more tubing is all.

Oh, those are the stacker models. They don't work as well. Separate mounting is better.
