You should supply Alienware with cases then maybe Alienware computers would actually look good
And remove my dual 200mm fans? I know there's people that have removed the 200mm fans, screwed the radiator direct to the chassis instead of using the brackets, and then mounted two 120mm within the top plastic area of the case. I'd hazard a guess that perhaps the 200mm fans provide better airflow?
Well, not directly better. 2 120mm fans blowing or pulling air, using more CFMs then 2 200mm fans.
Which fans are you using btw?
Also for HTPCs what is the best silent case you got?
2 standard H100 120mms (they have the highest pressure than any other standard 120x25 fans) and 2 Bitfenix Spectre 200mm

I am still loving my NZXT Vulcan and have a HUE in it.
You would get more cooling if you did a push/pull setup.
The fans ive used so far on rads that I would recommend.
Yate loons, NZXT FZ series, Gentle Typhoons, XSPC xrill fans

I'm still rocking the first NZXT Zero (my NZXT gateway drug and the reason why I later bought the Cyro LX) and it's been a while since the NZXT Zero 2 was phased out. You think we'll ever see a NZXT Zero 3, possibly with bigger and/or more fans?
Salty, I dont think we will see that line up again. I know it makes me sad too.
I'll chime in here since your a rep for NZXT someone needs to revamp along with fire anyone with the online support/rma system. It's a complete joke and nothing ever gets responded to. Not only that the system automatically solves and closes the problem for you and sends out a satisfaction survey automatically. There is never anyone on the online chat to help either. I've had problems with a couple nzxt items and don't want to deal with a phone call as I shouldn't have to, but I can assure you these items are the last NZXT branding I will ever spend my money on rest assured.
I hope you can understand every company does experience some growing pains and problems. Our system has had issues with tickets before and is currently working as it should be. Also the live chat works during the day from 9-5 pst. A few months ago, we moved locations so everything was in limbo for that time too. If you have a problem or need right now, please send me a pm and I will work on it for you. Since I am apart of the service team here too.
