I an thinking of getting a 775 ASUS motherboard

I an thinking of getting a 775 motherboard,i have a q9450 which i have had for some time i am thinking of one of these.
I have just seen this Asus P5Q Pro. and it is only £20? it comes with q6660 and the I/IO Shield.
It seems very cheap .I think i had one like that but it did not work it was only £5 and did not have a cpu in there.The guy just says *USED*I hate it when someone says that we know its used.But it looks ok.Or is it worth paying £21 extra for this it does not mention it coming with all that stuff in the picturei take it does not.And no mention of a I/O Shield.
P5Q Deluxe with Freezer Pro 7 Q6600 2 X 2GB Corsair 800mhz Ram. the seller says* play tested?
It looks very clean unlike the P5Q Deluxe.I have a cooler that i bought for a AM2+board,unfounat;y it came withour the stuff you need for Intel 2781 Deep Cool cooler.Could anyone give me a link for the stuff i need to use the cooler with a Intel board? I also have 2782 this ASUS Supueme FX which came with another board that did not work.

The seller who is selling the P5Q Deluxe is a business seller. The other seller is a private one and being on there since 2009 but only sold 5 things in the last month.I have just sent him a message ,asking him why he is selling it.And if he has tested it. This is his reply

So i saw when i read a reviews of it.It needs a good clean like most boards of that age.The other one looks a lot cleaner.If i was to get the cheaper one could you give a link for the why i bought that AM2+ board i have never used it.

I asked the seller whether or not he had the I/O shield. with it Then eBay sent me an offer for £35,99 which was more than the coupon code price £33.99 i never understand that. Only power on tested.
