I connect a new pc alone and it isnt login to bios how to fix it?
Motherboard GIGABYTE B650 AORUS ELITE AX AM5 DDR5
CPU 7600X
CASE Sharkoon TG7M RGB ATX
my fan cases doesn't work too

The first boot of an Ryzen 7000 system can take a long time. Did you wait at least 15-20 minutes for it to post?

The LED that lit up next to the 24 pin looks like the DRAM led. If you wait very long and it stays lit and it still doesn't post, you might have a RAM problem.

You can get a motherboard buzzer to hear what error code that comes out to double confirm.
