i have a crosshair v formula mobo and i was putting in a front usb 3 panel and i had to take out one of my video cards to reach the plug. well when i got it back together i had no video after trying to figure it out for a hour i discovered i for got to plug the power plugs to the video card back in. dumb me :banghead:

this one time i bought a $180 kit of Gskills 4GB DDR3 when x58 came out. I got them in and misplaced them. I found them 2 years later on a cubby rack with my hoodies.

Since the topic has come to this:

I was spraying out my computer with canned air one time, and my wife had sat a can of ant killing spray next to my can. I sprayed out my system with bug spray for a second before I realized the mist was wet.

The computer worked fine, thankfully the bug spray wasn't very conductive.

(They both had the straw in them)
