Especially when the prices are going to be falling. The PNY can be had for $239 SHIPPED and after rebate it will only cost $219. That is a hell of a deal. I'm interested in the MSI one mainly because I'm an MSI fan. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127361)

It's spot on with the 4870 and there are no 4870's in the $240 area. Anyone want my 3870's for $100 shipped a piece? I'm now interested in a 260 or a 4870. Prices are just TOO good right now to sit around and wait.
