I have a wd black sn750 500gb 3rd gen nvme and it won't read on my computer

So I just bought this nvme for my pc so that I can game alot better and faster but it won't read on my bios nor my windows I don't know what to do my mother board is a b550 tomahawk mag

I got it I make it a file manually which I don't understand why they make you do that and another problem was that I had my hard drive in my sata 6 slot which interrupted the nvme thanks for the help
