The card works, and i have a bios switch on the card one has the stock bios on it the other one has the modded one. But i'd really like to get the HDMI working on the modded one. I am thinking it is because the modded one isn't UEFI Bios. I actually did it only for the clocks mostly, and i think for the reason also being that it would be a One of a kind Piece of hard ware in my country that has 2 different bioses with different clocks.Have you saved the original BIOS? I'd suggest flashing it back, but someone more knowledgeable might be able to help you better. Was there a reason you flashed the BIOS, apart from the clocks?

I just need the HDMI output the work, In the modded HD 7950 Bios the HDMI output won't work. Also the Bios that i flashed it to was a stock HD 7950 Bios from the Exact card with different clocks. The DVi works and the Card is preforming really well, better than expected, just that i the HDMI won't workSo, you'll have to find a different bios and flash it over the wrong bios that you installed. What specific help do you need?

Well, i don't know for sure if it is the UEFI, but i know that nothing exept the original bios won't give me HDMI output. Maybe it's just the cards problem? The Hd 7950 and HD 7970's HDMI output works different maybe. Ohh and also, is there any way to change the modded bios to UEFI?Wait, does the HDMI work on any of the BIOSes? My previous card had a modified BIOS that wasn't UEFI and HDMI worked fine.

As far as I know modding the BIOS removes the UEFI part. I really don't know what can be done with the HDMI part, maybe someone who knows a bit more can help.Well, i don't know for sure if it is the UEFI, but i know that nothing exept the original bios won't give me HDMI output. Maybe On day I'll find a fix, then it will be the perfect card! The Chosen One!As far as I know modding the BIOS removes the UEFI part. I really don't know what can be done with the HDMI part, maybe someone who knows a bit more can help.
I'm trying to get the HDMI output working on the modded HD 7950 Bios, If i switch it to the stock bios it gives me a HDMI output, but on the modded it doesn't give me a HDMI output. There's a way to change the modded BIOS to UEFI. I can tell you with almost 100% certainty it's not going to fix the HDMI output. But you can try it. It won't hurt.
Find and use the HD 7XXX Series GOP UEFI Bios Patcher Beta here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1395490/ati-hd-7950-7970-bios-mod-thread
What exactly are you trying to achieve? Because I can probably suggest the best way to go about it. Which it sounds to me you aren't.
I did mod it, that's why I'm calling it the modded hd 7950, i just set the clocks to what the HD 7970 cards would have, but i don't know what went wrong... I set the clocks to 1050/1500You should just mod/edit the original BIOS. Then you can have the HDMI working with whatever clocks you want(within reason). The best way to mod/edit the original BIOS is with VBE7.0.0.7b.

Modding/editing the BIOS with VBE7 will disable the UEFI. But you can, if you want, reactivate it with the HD 7XXX Series GOP UEFI patch tool before flashing it. You can also add UEFI to a BIOS rom file that didn't have it originally. You just need another compatible UEFI BIOS rom file to use to with the patch tool. It can copy the UEFI part of another BIOS rom file to a different BIOS rom file.
Ohh i chose the wrong bios, i took the one i got from the TPU data base as the bios, but i should have taken the original one. Man i am so happy, I love you man! without you telling me that i would have been stuck without HDMI output! THANK YOU SO FKN MUCH! I owe you one!I see. I don't now what went wrong either. But it's not a common issue to lose any type of output functionality by editing the original BIOS. I've never heard of that happening. Did you use VBE7 or some other method?
Problem 2, The clocks are stuck at 500/1500... Do you know any way of fixing it?I see. I don't now what went wrong either. But it's not a common issue to lose any type of output functionality by editing the original BIOS. I've never heard of that happening. Did you use VBE7 or some other method?
