Not that easy to find one on eBay. It often looks cheap but in the beginning, but in the end of the bidding it rises often dramatically.

Also many do not ship to Denmark.

What difference would I feel if I use an Core i7 Broadwell-E or one Xeon Broadwell-EP processor?

Non really just some xeons are locked vs the i7
