The PT880 is a picky chipset when it comes to PCI-E compatibility. I doubt that BIOS would support a GT 440. I had to get a modded BIOS for my ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA to accept an HD4850. Either way, you'd probably be limited by your CPU/RAM.

And please, stop shouting.

Hi

the story begins here - http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=166675

+1 Maban "I doubt that BIOS would support a GT 440"

nb: @emiltoma; try not to write in upper case it makes it look like you are shouting

Edit: Add-In card section; look here - http://www.pcisig.com/developers/compliance_program/integrators_list/pcie there could be an issue with PCIe 1.0a support and the NVIDIA GT 440 chipset! it dose not appear on this list as a compliant part.

Edit: In answer to your question
I want to now that GIGABYTE GT 440 its compatyble with mother board
? No the Gigabyte GT 440 is not compatible with the ECS PT 880 PRO-A motherboard.

Maban provided the best answer you are probably going to get on these forums.

I dont think anyone can help you with what you are looking for as i doubt anyone has that board anymore or tested it with more modern graphic cards.

Only way to find out is for you yourself to give it a go.
