Core i5/i7 are better but to be honest your 1055T at 4ghz is no slouch, also there will be no point going from 1600-2133 on the RAM as AMD doesn't see any performance increases past 1600 and they are minimal on an intel system past 1600 also. i would keep what you have an just grab another 6950 if 1 isn't enough :toast:

Yeah man, just like said above, every move, to me, won't be worth the price you'll fork out tbh.

Why in gods name do you want 2x 6950's for gaming at 1600x900 anyway?

Read what you said, oh and btw take the 2600k , Bulldozer is slower, if rumors are right, or wait for Sandy Bridge E, s2011 x79

I fixed that for you also, you're welcome!

Relax man. No point in upgrading. What you could do is get yourself a nice monitor, 24". You'll see your games differently.

Really good point here. The only two things i REALLY saw the difference after upgrading were my monitor and ssd. You use them as soon as the pc is on, and still they are rarely upgraded...

If you're a storage hog, get 2 more WD blacks and run raid 5, if you're after gaming do as others above have mentioned upgrade the display.

bulldozer is slow? where you hearing that. cuz what i saw a couple weeks ago is that hte 8 core bulldozer destroyed the 2600k in quite a few benchmarks.

EDIT: actually i wont go so far to say destroy, but still
