hi

I recently changed the thermal paste, under load in TS Bench the temperature of my CPU in turbo mode reaches 84-86 degrees, which is probably quite good?

I would like to know what settings I can enable to improve the CPU performance.

For example, in Options there is Disable Chipset throttle and I don't know what it is or if I should enable it.

I'll attach all the screenshots

P.S I know about the possibility of undervolting the processor, if anyone needs it, the max value for the i5 4200h is about -92.8

The only thing I know is that my laptop has a prochot set to 87 degrees, although intel specifies a maximum of 100 degrees.

I was thinking of fixing this via bios modification, but I don't understand why the offset value is set to 50 when it should be 13? (100-13=87)

You only need to check this if your computer has a chipset throttling problem. Many Dell laptops used this type of throttling. Most other manufacturers did not.

I do not understand either. You can try setting this to 0 or 5 or 10. Check ThrottleStop afterward to see what PROCHOT temperature TS reports on the main screen. Hopefully you do not accidentally brick your laptop when experimenting with this BIOS setting.

the max value for the i5 4200h is about -92.8
All CPUs are unique. That might be the max value for your CPU but that does not mean that every 4200H will have the exact same max value. I do not think the core and cache offsets need to be set equal to each other. You can experiment by adjusting the core and cache offset voltages separately.
